Jan. 28:
• David J. Monjarez, 48, Belview, Neb., driving while intoxicated 1st offense; careless operation.
Jan. 29:
• Johnetta C. Harris, 20, St. Francisville, misdemeanor theft.
• Woodrow W. Stevenson Sr., 60, St. Francisville, bench warrant mayor’s court.
Jan. 31:
• Billy J. Stutzman, 44, St. Francisville, bench warrant not abiding by rules & regulations of wildlife management area.
